Nagkauyon karon ang mga lideres sa Caraga Region, apil na ang mga partido political ug kandidato sa lain-laing puwesto karong Mayo 2010, sa paghimong matinud-anon, tawhay ug way tikas ang gitakdang piliay.
Di pa dugay, gipirmahan sa mga lideres sa rehiyon covenant for Honest, Orderly and Peaceful Elections (HOPE) atol sa seremonya didto sa Urios University Gym.

To all voters of surigao.
please vote wisely , select the best candidates. choose a stateman not a politician. the difference between the two is politician makes politics as their career, they are after for their personal gain so they can have money for the next elections and whereas a stateman is a deeply religious God fearing individual who is honest and has integrity who is after of the welfare of the state or they town that they are in, they are not corrupt. But as an intelligent God fearing voters please dont sell your votes cause you are corrupting not only the politicians but yourself . so it takes two to tango that is why corruption is rampant in the philippines because of voters like you. so God save the philippines.
