Our warmest welcome to all guests and participants of the “13^th Siargao International Surfing Competition” in General Luna, Siargao Island on September 24-30, 2007. The event is officially called “Billabong Cloud Nine Invitational.”

The surfing cup is the province’s most awaited sports-tourism activity. Started in 1995 as a small event, it has now evolved into a world-class and widely contested one. It paved the way for Surigao del Norte to become the “Surfing Capital of the Philippines.”
